1 serve of MamaCare powder
1/4 cup of your favourite granola, we used an organic Chia and Coconut
2 tbs roughly chopped dried cranberries
2 tbs almond meal
3 or so tsp water, milk or non dairy milk
Place the granola in a mixing bowl and crush all the lumps out till it resembles a muesli like texture. Toss through all dry ingredients, then add the water or milk a little at a time till it makes a rough, dry, crumbly consistency. With wet hands knead the mixture together, if a bit too wet add some more granola. Divide and roll into 4 or five balls. Coat them in some desiccated coconut and chill for. Few minutes till firm. Enjoy!
