DATE AND WALNUT BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 serve of MamaCare powder
2-3 tablespoons of water
2 medjool dates
12 walnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cup of rolled oats

METHOD

Combine MamaCare with the oats and nuts. Chop and smash the dates, they will become a sticky ball. Place the date mixture into the MamaCare mixture and rub together until crumbly. Add water a bit at a time, kneading as you go, to create a ball of dough. Break into four even pieces and roll into balls.
Chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to firm up and then enjoy!
