We loved Elise Knowles peaches and cream smoothie idea so much we recreated it for you. It’s great with fresh peaches but works equally as well with the tinned variety, handy when this luscious fruit is out of season.
1 serve of MamaCare powder
2 medium peaches washed (peeled if you prefer), or 1 1/2 cups of tinned peaches
1/4 cup of your favourite plain Greek yoghurt
1 tbs chia seed
3/4 cup of almond milk
Place all ingredients into a blender, or use a stick blender until thick smooth and creamy. To serve, pour over lots of ice into a tall glass. Dreamy.
