1 x serve of MamaCare powder
100ml of your favourite milk
1 x cup of your favourite Greek style passionfruit yoghurt (1 single serve tub)
2 x passionfruit – flesh scooped

Shake together the MamaCare and the milk until smooth. Place the yoghurt into a medium sized bowl, stir through the MamaCare mixture until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture onto a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture into a circle roughly 25cm in diameter. Sprinkle the passionfruit on top of the mixture making sure it is incorporated but not covered. Place the tray into the freezer for 1 hour or until frozen. To serve break the frozen mixture into pieces and serve with the other passionfruit in a bowl.
