1 serve of MamaCare powder
100ml of your favourite milk
1 cup of your favourite Greek style strawberry yoghurt (1 single serve tub)
6 strawberries, sliced

Shake together the MamaCare and milk until smooth. Place the yoghurt into a medium sized bowl, stir through the MamaCare mixture until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture onto a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture into a circle roughly 25cm in diameter. Sprinkle the strawberries on top of the mixture making sure they are incorporated but not covered. Place the tray into the freezer for 1 hour or until frozen. To serve, break the frozen mixture into pieces and serve with extra fruit in a bowl.
