GRANOLA TART CASES WITH MAMACARE VANILLA YOGHURT
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of granola, we used an organic coconut and chia
1/2 cup oars
2 to 4 tsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup
FILLING
1 serve of MamaCare
3/4 cup yogurt
Dash of milk of your choice
METHOD
Process briefly all dry ingredients so they are still corse.
Add the oil and maple syrup, stir to combine.
Press evenly into patty, muffin or pie cases.
Bake 8 to 10 mins in a moderate oven or until golden.
These will be a little soft when baked but will harden when cooled.
You can cook extra and keep on hand in an air tight container for a few days.
Fill with MamaCare yoghurt and top with any fruits and nuts you like.
FILLING, MAMACARE YOGHURT
Blend the full serve of MamaCare powder with the yoghurt, maple syrup and milk with a stick.
Dollop generously into your cooked granola cases and top with fruits.
