A slight twist on our fave lemon poppy seed balls, these are just as delicious! We can’t decide which we like better…

LIME, ALMOND AND POPPY SEED BLISS BALLS
INGREDIENTS
1 serve of MamaCare
1/4 cup oats
1 tbs almond meal
1 tbs flaked almonds
1 tbs desiccated coconut
1 tsp poppyseeds
1 tsp almond butter
Juice of one lime, and if you like, a little of the zest for extra zing
METHOD
Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add the lime juice a little at a time to make a rough dry mix. Press together in wet hands, it will combine nicely into a dough. If it’s a little too wet add some more almond meal or oats. Dive into 4 and roll into balls, then roll in extra desiccated coconut. Chill for a few minutes so they firm up and enjoy! The zingy citrus flavour is lovely and can help a not so happy tummy!
