LIME AND PISTACHIO BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 x serve of MamaCare powder
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1 teaspoon of poppyseed
2 tablespoons of roughly chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon of lime zest
1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut

METHOD

Stir the MamaCare powder with the oats, nuts, seeds, zest and coconut. Add the lime juice to combine and knead into a ball. Divide into four balls and roll into extra coconut. Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set and then enjoy!
