ORANGE POPPYSEED BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 serve of MamaCare powder
1/4 cup of rolled oats
12 roughly chopped almonds
1 tbs of poppyseeds
1 tbs of marmalade
1 tbs of desiccated coconut
1-2 tbs of orange juice
1/2-1 tsp of orange zest

METHOD

Place all dry ingredient in a bowl.
Stir to combine.
Add the marmalade and the zest, then add the orange juice a bit at a time to make a rough crumbly mixture. With wet hands, knead the mixture together to form a large ball, adding a little bit of orange juice if too dry.
Half the dough mixture, then halved again to roll into four balls.
Rolled the bolls into extra coconut to coat.
Chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
