RASPBERRY CHIA SEED PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

1 x serve of MamaCare powder
200ml of water
1 x cup of fresh raspberries
1-2 teaspoons of sweetener (we use stevia)
3 tablespoons of white and or black chia seeds

METHOD

In a blender place the water, raspberries, sweetener and MamaCare and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the chia seeds and blend again for a second to combine. Pour the mixture into a glass and place in the fridge to set overnight. Enjoy with a few fresh raspberries on top to serve.
