VERY BERRY BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 serve of MamaCare powder
1/4 cup of cut oats
1 tbs dried blueberries
2 tbs finely chopped mixed berries
1 tbs finely chopped dried apple
1 tbs desiccated coconut
3 to 4 tsp of Berry and Beet Smoothie (for the pretty colour!)

METHOD

Toss all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the chopped fruit.
Add the smoothie – for the colour (or water) a teaspoon at at time until it becomes a rough dry crumbly mix.
Use your hands to knead it into a stiff doughy ball.
Divide into 4 or 5 pieces and roll into balls.
Toss into extra desiccated coconut to coat (we used another teaspoon of the smoothie to colour the coconut before coating the balls! It’s such a pretty colour!!)
Chill in the freezer to firm up for a few minutes.
